Hi, I’m Rebekah.

I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling to build healthy relationships and want to understand how to live out their values and gain control of their feelings. I also work with couples who feel disconnected and unheard by one another and desire deeper connection and intimacy.

My experience growing up in the military culture and working over 10 years with military families and teens has led to my passion for helping people forge long lasting relationships.

I believe you were created for connection. Strong secure relationships are essential to emotional well being and living a full life.

As you learn more about what you are feeling and why you feel those emotions, you will begin to change the way you interact with the people around you.
